At last week’s Sales 2.0 conference , Gerhard Gschwandtner, (@gerhard20 ) the founder and CEO of Personal Selling Power, started off discussing seven trends that are driving the shift in the way buyers choose to buy.  The first trend was “Conversation Economy – buyers want to talk to each other, not necessarily you.”
